Midwest Academy for Gifted Education and the Chicago Gifted Community Center are excited to bring you a Free Gifted Parenting Education Series in its 6th season. We will provide this both virtually and in-person. The format of each event in the series is a 30 minute presentation on the topic, followed by 15-30 minutes of questions from the audience and a 15-30 minutes mingle.

Gifted 265: 2e and Generational Trauma

What happens if your child is gifted and you just found out and because you didn't know this or didn't get the help you need, there's now trauma? What if you are finding out that you are also gifted or 2e just now as a grown up, and you are hurting? Now you have to understand your own story through a different lens, and the story of those that came before you? How do you survive generational trauma and overcome this adversity and help yourself and your child?

No refunds unless workshop is cancelled. Fee waivers available. Contact us for details.
