About the Conference

What is this?

A free, 1-day conference designed for high-schoolers, to learn about how data science and statistics can further the public good.

Who is this for?

This event is for high school students who like STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) and/or want to make a positive impact on the world.
Whether you already know how to program or have never touched a computer before in your life, this event is for you.

What to expect?

• An immersive 1 day workshop.
• Guided hands-on activities applying data science to public good problems.
• Guest speakers (real data scientists!).
• Learn about jobs & careers.

• Hosted virtually at Northwestern University by PhD students & researchers.
